This Privacy Policy is made a part of our Terms and Conditions of Service (the “Agreement”) and capitalized terms used, but not otherwise defined in this policy, will have the meaning defined in the Agreement.

Children Under the Age of 18
THE SITE IS NOT INTENDED FOR CHILDREN UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE.

The information we collect may include: (1) information that you provide, or that an Artist authorizes to be provided, or any additional information provided that we may ask for if you report a problem; (2) records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses), if you contact us; (3) your search queries on the Site; and (4) details of transactions you carry out.
Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies
As you navigate through and interact with our Site, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns, including, without limitation: (1) details of your visits to our Site, logs, location data and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on the Site; and (2) information about your computer and internet connection, including your IP address, operating system, and browser type.

This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data. We do link this automatically collected data to other information we collect about you.
Local Storage Objects: We may use Local Storage Objects (LSOs) such as HTML5 content information and preferences. Third parties with whom we partner to provide certain features on our Site may also use LSOs such as HTML 5 to collect and store information. Various browsers may offer their own management tools for removing HTML5 LSOs.
Analytics: We may use web beacons or similar technologies from third-party analytics providers (for example, Google Analytics) that help us compile aggregated statistics about the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns or other operations. Consent: Consent for the collection, use and disclosure your information may be expressly given or implied. Your express consent, if required, may be given in writing, verbally or through electronic means. Implied consent is given by your actions, such as instances when you visit our Site or and as otherwise described in this policy. We may collect, use or disclose your personal information without your consent for legal, security or certain processing reasons as required by law to deter fraud and money-laundering, or for other legal purposes.
Your consent can be withdrawn by contacting info@bluecube.co. If you do not notify us of the withdrawal of your consent, we will consider your consent to be ongoing. Should you withdraw consent, we may not be able to provide any services to you.
Disclosure of Your Information
We never use, share, sell or rent the personal information provided to us in ways unrelated to the ones described in this Privacy Policy without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

Service Providers
We use other third parties service providers, including without limitation, cloud hosting service providers and financial processing service providers to process payments. We will share your personal information only as necessary for the third party to provide that service.
Business Transitions
In the event Blue Cube Ventures goes through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your personal information will likely be among the assets transferred.
Do-Not-Track Policy
Some web browsers may transmit “do-not-track” (“DNT”) signals with which you may communicate. We currently do not change our tracking practices in response to DNT Settings in your web browsers.
Our Commitment to Data Security
The security of your personal information is important to us. We have implemented an information security program that contains administrative, technical and physical controls that are designed to reasonably safeguard personal information.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to us. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Site.

We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.
We will retain your information for as long as needed to complete the transaction for which it was provided and the obligations under the Agreement. If you wish that we no longer use your information to provide you services, contact us at info@bluecube.co. We will retain and use your information for legitimate and lawful business purposes and as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Because these needs can vary for different types of data, actual retention periods can vary. We use this procedure to better safeguard your information. You can correct factual errors in your personal information by sending us a request that credibly shows errors. To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.
California Privacy Rights
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 and the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended entitle California users to request information concerning the disclosure of certain personal information to third parties. While you can always contact us with any questions, please know we do not currently sell data trigging these statutes.
Nevada Privacy Rights
Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A entitle Nevada users to certain opt-out rights. While you can always contact us with any questions, please know we do not currently sell data trigging that statute’s opt-out requirements.
